The 15 lb minimum
Under 15 pounds you pay 15 pounds. A route stop costs the same whether the bag is half full or zipped tight, and we would rather say that than pad the rate.
The put-away clock
$35 buys the first 45 minutes, which covers most River Wards houses. If a house is going to run long we text before the clock starts, not after.
Quoted stops
Coats, puffers and fancy sheets are not per-pound work. Text before pickup and we quote the stop. Airbnb and linens turnovers are quoted by route day.
What we do not charge for
Pretreating a stain that was already there. Switching to a Doorstep drop because only the kids are home. Texting us a question about a stack.
