What is the difference between Finished Fold and Doorstep Fold?

The last step. Same pickup, same House Fold. Finished Fold hangs what should be hung and files the rest into the right drawers. The house is done. Doorstep Fold returns the same fold, stacked by person, in a House Bag on the stoop, and nobody comes inside.

Is weekly a third product?

Accepted Answer

No. Weekly is a cadence on either product: same day every week, a discounted per-pound rate, and you text SKIP any week you do not need us.

Do you do Airbnb turnovers?

Accepted Answer

Sheets and towels on a route-day turnover quote, yes. It is a different job from the consumer flagship, so it is quoted, not listed.

Question 4

Who has to be home for the first Finished Fold visit?

Accepted Answer

Someone 18 or older, for a 10 to 15 minute House Map: whose dresser, which rod, where the linen shelf is, and which doors we do not open. After that first visit, a lockbox, a door code, or being home all work.

What if only the kids are home?

We do not come in. That day becomes a Doorstep drop, no argument and no extra charge.

Where do access codes live?

On your Household Card, in our system, seen by the people on your route. Never in email, never in a text thread.

What if days genuinely do not work?

There is an evening block Tuesday and Thursday, 5:30–8:00pm.

Can I just leave a kitchen bag out?

Accepted Answer

No. Doorstep pickup happens in a House Bag: 28 × 14 × 16, zippered, stiff base, with a bag number. If a Hefty or a hamper is on the stoop, we text you and skip. That is the rule that keeps the fold and the inventory straight.

Why do weekly households need two bags?

One fills while one is in rotation. Your first bag is included; the second is $26 at signup, $28 later.

What if I overfill it?

If it will not zip, it is a second bag. We do not strap an extra sack to the side and call it a pickup.

When do I put the bag out?

By 8am on your route day. Vestibule preferred if you have one.

When does it come back?

Once we have a filled House Bag, return is the next route day.

Question 13

I don't have a bag yet and I want to book now.

Accepted Answer

We drop the included empty bag in your booked window and take the dirty load on the following route. If you would rather not wait, add the second bag at signup and we transfer straight from the hamper when we arrive.

Question 14

How do I know where you are?

Accepted Answer

A morning-of text, then a 30-minute ETA with the name of the person coming, then a photo of the bag at pickup and another at the drop.
