The one rule
Doorstep pickup happens in a House Bag
We will not take a kitchen bag, a Hefty, or a hamper off the stoop. If one is out, we text you and skip. We do not quietly take it and hope. A loose sack cannot be weighed accurately, cannot be tracked by number, and arrives with the fold already lost.
If it will not zip, that is a second bag.
First House Bag: included on your first order
Second bag at signup: $26
Extra or replacement later: $28
Bag out by 8am
Vestibule preferred if you have one: dry, out of sight and photographed where we left it. Otherwise the stoop is fine; the bag is built for weather.
Stacked by person
Not one mixed heap for the household. Each person’s stack goes back in the order it will be put away. Add person bands for $12 and each stack carries a color.
Hang Sleeve, $18
For button-downs and blouses that should not be bag-crushed: hung, same direction, top button closed, carried in a sleeve you hang straight on the rod.
Back the next route day
Once we have a filled House Bag, return is the next route day. Morning-of text, 30-minute ETA, a photo at pickup and another at the drop.

Two ways to start
Wait one route. We drop your included empty House Bag inside the window you booked, and take the dirty load on the following route day.
Or add the pair. Add the second bag at signup for $26 and we transfer straight from the hamper when we arrive, so nothing waits a week. Weekly households want two anyway: one filling, one in rotation.
